Positions
The structure of the practice will be (approx.):

180 dribbles - 4 lines around a small square, each player has a ball.  Go - the first player from each line dribbles until their ball just crosses inside the square, then executes a 180 by pulling  back on the top of the ball with the bottom of their foot.  Dribble back to the end of their line.

Meatgrinder - same setup as 180s, except each player dribbles through the square and goes to the end of the opposite line.

One on One - set up 5 (or so) thin rectangles with one player at each end.   Each child in the defender side has a ball. Go - the defender passes to the offense.  Then the offence tries to dribble past the defense.  When O has dribbled to the D cone the playes go to the end of the other line.
tips: 1) first no instruction.
2) offense, watch the defender's body.  Dribble straight at the defender.  When they stab at the ball try to dribble behind them.
3) defense, watch the ball.
Don't go for fakes.  Try to stay between the O and your goal. Be a pest.

Never Give Up,  Never Surrender! - 3 cones, the first about 30 yds beyond the penalty mark, then two 5 yds beyond that.  Closest cone to the goal is the O line and they have the ball.  The other 2 cones are D lines.  Go - O dribbles toward goal for a shot, while 1st defender pursues from behind.  D1 must reach and slow down O player.  O player cannot shot until she is in the goal box.  After a couple of seconds, allow 2nd defender to pursue and help.  This simulates what happens when an offensive player passes a defender.  The defender must pursue and not give up!

Get There First - three lines  near sideline, about 1/3 up the field.  Go - coach kicks ball towards  the corner.  Players 1 (offense) and 2 (defense) race for the ball and try to "cut off" the other player.  Player 3 (offense) breaks to the center without going off-sides.  If Player 1 gets the ball, try to pass to center.  If Player 2 gets the ball, try to bring it up.

Quick Shot and Give and Go - two lines behind the 18 yd line.  One coach on each side of penalty area.  (for Give and Go: Player first passes to coach)  Coach executes centering pass and player shoots directly from the pass (no dribbling).  Retrieve ball and go to other line.  Passes from coach can be "sloppier" to allow the players to work with bouncing or higher balls.

Up the side, Center pass, Shoot - two lines near midfield, cones diagonally toward corner.  From each line: 1st player goes to sideline and does a throw-in to 2nd player.  2nd player dribbles up the side, 1st player breaks to center.  When 2nd player clears the last cone, center pass to 1st player, who shoots as quickly as possible.  Retrieve ball and go to end of other line. from the pass (no dribbling).  Retrieve ball and go to other line.
revision a) 3 player - 1 throws-in to 2 near mid-field while 3 runs down the line.  1 runs to the far post.   2 passes down to 3, then runs toward the near post.  3 cross-passes to 1 or 2, then shoot.
b) add a GK, then 1 or 2 can either shoot or pass.

2-on-1 pass and shoot, with D and GK - one line at the sideline with a bunch of balls(throw-ins), one line facing the goal(forwards), one line to the side of the goal (GKs), and one line to the side, half-way between the goal and the forwards (defense).  The players are equally distributed among the lines.
Go - the first child at the sideline does a throw-in to the other forward. They then start moving toward the goal dribbling the ball.  Work the ball, and then shoot (remember to choose, and try to hit, a target).  There will be 1 defensive player (from the defense line) who will try to intercept the pass and kick it past the attacking players, and a Goal Keeper.  Each player shifts to the end of the next line.

15 min. (or whatever works) 7 vs. 7 game, goal keeper (or scrimmage with another team)

Next Game Wed. May 28, Hayes Pump House, then Wed. June 4, Interlachen.
