  3. basic team goals for the individual
passing, vision, communication, coordinated attack and defend, individual skills to enhance team play
Basically: to become a better player and teammate
This is for all age levels above K. Even for younger players it is good for the coach to know what the (older eventual) goals are.

    Theory

  4. everything comes in 3's!

  5. Triangles - basic shape on field
create tri's on O to move ball/create options (draw picture)
create tri's on D to funnel ball carrier and remove options (draw picture)

  6. 1st/2nd/3rd attacker (carry, pass, run) and defender (pressure, cover, balance)

    Offense

  8. Overlaps - get numbers up, awareness of gaps on field

  9. Switching fields - typically mid or attacking 3rd
